Tim Holtz Distress® Paint is a very fluid water-based acrylic paint for multiple surfaces. These special paints are reactive with water like other Distress mediums. Use with stamps, paper, wood, metal, glass, plastic and more for an opaque matte finish on craft projects.  Acid Free, non-toxic.
