How long will it take to get my order?
I want to get your order out to you as quickly as I can. Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 days after placing your order. If you order on the Friday, then it will be Monday or Tuesday that it will ship.
Do you do special orders?
Absolutely! I can't possibly carry even close to everything and being from a small town, I receive a lot of requests for knitting supplies, quilting supplies, and other arts & crafts supplies. If you find you are a special order kind of crafter, then take a look at what becoming a member offers for discounts on all your special orders. Special orders may require a deposit.
What if I don't want to pay for my order online or do not have a Paypal account?
There are many customers not wanting to put any payment information on the internet or do not have a Paypal account. If you would like to pay over the phone, I am able to take Visa and Mastercard.
To be able to complete your 'unpaid' order, choose the "Check" option when completing your order, making sure you have filled in your phone number. You may either phone me on my toll free number (1-877-655-6245) or I will contact you for your payment details. There is a 'notes' section on the order form for easy communication.
Do you take Etransfers?
Etransfer is only available within our own country. So only those residing in Canada are able to pay via etranfer.
