Returns Policy
If you need to return an item that is damaged or defective, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. I will respond quickly with instructions and will gladly either exchange the item, give a store credit or reimburse you (excluding any shipping costs).
Open packages, paper, pens, stickers, magazines, books, dies, and clearance items are non-refundable.
All freezable products are ordered at your own risk - products may freeze during our Canadian winters.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to border restrictions.
In Canada and the US: (Carrier is Canada Post and/or USPS with tracking numbers assigned)
Free Shipping for orders over $75.
Flat rate of $10 for orders between $50-$74
Flat rate of $15 for orders under $50
Overseas/International: Due to cost being calculated by weight, and very difficult to determine, I have set a flat rate for shipping. However, if the actual shipping rate is lower than charged, I will reimburse any overcharge. (Carrier used will be Canada Post International with tracking numbers to the border... some countries reassign their own tracking numbers).
Flat rate of $40 for orders between $0-$99
Flat rate of $70 for orders between $100-$299
Flat rate of $115 for orders between $300-$500
