Each one consists of a removable fabric sleeve that is wrapped around a piece of elastic. The sleeve is 8 inches long and stays on via a hook-and-loop closure.
The entire band measures 11-1/2x2 inches (when folded flat) and will fit most medium and large scrapbooks; journals; and binders.
